Add cweagans to maintainers list for googleauth.module [#749092]

It looks to me like Google Apps Authentication is no longer being maintained, since ssnider's last drupal.org activity was in April 2008 (http://drupal.org/node/250260#comment-827209).

I'm posting this issue as part of the suggested steps at http://drupal.org/node/251466 to get this module moving towards being marked as abandoned and/or finding a new maintainer or co-maintainer.

Anybody interested in being the maintainer or co-maintainer, chime in below.

I have a sandbox for this module here: http://drupal.org/sandbox/cweagans/1414826. I'm going to be finishing up the port to Drupal 6 and cleaning it up for release, as well as porting to Drupal 7.

If I could be added to the maintainers list for this module, I'd just do the work in this project, instead of working out of a sandbox.

Moving to webmasters for review: this issue has been open for almost two years, with no response from the module maintainer. Additionally, it seems that the maintainer hasn't done *anything* on Drupal.org since 4 years and 27 weeks ago.
