My client is a childrens charity. They have asked to be able to allow anonymous users to download a pdf "Working with Children Police check form".

I have tried to attach the pdf to the page, and insert a link to it. Authorized users can access the pdf fine. But I need anonymous users to be able to download it.

All the references I can find are looking for restricted access. So I'd like to switch off what ever I've done to block access.

Do you have the option "view uploaded files" checked for anonymous user in the "admin/access" page ?

Well it is now. Everything works well.

I think I'll go somewhere to be embarrased quietly.
