Issue Summary
The module is installed. I went to the config page, read the instructions, ran fetch.sh to get the latest CVS in the right location, hit the Update Database button. Got The IP to Country database has been updated. 105208 rows affected.
Expected: All parameters optimal.
Result:The ip2cc database has not been installed. Please visit the ip2cc database update page and import the database manually.
I tried everything, reinstalling, deleting, installing the dev version. No luck.
Please help, I am desperate.

After I've wrote the above, I've tried one more time to re-enable the dev version, only this time from the modules page instead of using drush. It worked. Puzzled.

So, if anyone has issues with this modules and uses Drush, it'll be worth trying with the web UI.
