When using multiple mailing lists I can subscribe to all fine but when unsubscribing I can only unsubscribe one at a time.

If I try to unsubscribe from 2 or more lists I only get unsubscribed from 1 and get an error for the others:

"We were unable to unsubscribe you at this time. Please try again later."

The log file isn't giving me any further detail...

The resolution to this is to ensure that each of your lists in Campaign monitor is set to "Only unsubscribe them from this list" rather than "Unsubscribe them from all of this client's lists (recommended)"

With this setting changed, the unsubscribe feature works as expected.
