If option "Auto create book main page" is checked when I create a content it is a new book, but not a personal book.
With Book Manager when I select "Create new book" I can check "Personal Book".
I would like to have that option also in BookMadeSimple.

Personal book is a Book Manager feature. sahlborn seems to use this feature with BMS (See #53762).
Can you contact him and ask him how he uses them ?

I too would like to see BookMadeSimple and Book Manager integration.
Being able to default all books to Personal books would be brilliant.

Or really any other solution that restricts the adding of pages to a book to its owner would do the trick, doesn't have to use BM.

How can I create a book so only the author sees the book in the book navigation? When I create a book somehow the content is presented to everyone not just the author. I am sure this is a permission setting but I cannot find it.

How do I make the user view own content but cannot view others content?
