Multiple values not working

I'm trying to add 2 values to a taxonomy field like this:

node/add/post?2=term1||term2||term3

The first value, term1 is added in the form. term2 and term3 are not, they don't appear in the form.

Is there anything I should watch out for that could cause this problem.
