Exposed Filter "node Title" Any content not working... filter doesnt even show exposed, and when it does it doesnt search?

Hi I am haveing a very difficult time getting exposed node title filter to work.......

I never really had a problem with views filter. It doesnt even shwo up and when it does it doesnt work?
