I ask this every year, but, any word on live video streaming this time around? It's not hard and the bandwidth required is very minimal. There are plenty of places that will carry the broadcast for free (http://www.ustream.tv/ or http://www.justin.tv/). All you need is a webcam and few kb/s of upstream.

If Leo Laporte can broadcast the Steve Jobs iPad keynote to over a hundred thousand ustream viewers with only his macbook turned backwards (http://i.imgur.com/FzVue.png), surely someone can get us live video from Drupalcon.

The publicity would be great for Drupal, and the costs absolutely minimal. Anyone?

All of the sessions will be archived and available after the show I know that for sure. We do not have the bandwidth to provide live feeds of all the sessions.

Surely there's at least enough for one stream, though. Drupalcon is a huge, mature conference, with highly technical staff. 3G and Skype is really all that's needed to pull this off.

So it sounds like an opportunity for someone to run a guerilla live stream from the back of the room - and step up as a big hero.
