Unable to create forum topics ...

This error seems to be related to earlier issues about the menu not being populated. However, the line number is different and it is in the current (2.2) version. And other errors did not seem to refer to function.current.

warning: current() [function.current]: Passed variable is not an array or object in  .../sites/all/modules/og/og.module on line 486.

Earlier OG FOrums seemed to work fine. So when this error began I disabled other access modules, og_user_roles and og_user_titles. And I uninstalled and re-installed OG Forums and recreated the forums and node permissions.

But the error continues, only for OG Forums, not public forums.
