So my company needs a customer service ticketing system. We have a pretty unique business and systems that are already out there for this just will not do. So I am will to give drupal a shot at this. I have wasted two day playing with osTicket, and I should have started with drupal from the beginning but oh well. Any way the only thing that I can't seem to figure out or find any kind of module for is for when someone needs too look up the info they have already submitted to us. Like most system they enter their ticket number and email address to pull up the information. Anyone know of a way that I can duplicate this. I think I got the rest of the system pretty much mapped out in my head, but this seems to be my lag. I don't want them to have to create a log in.
Any Suggestions are much appreciated

Support Ticketing System
I did quite a lot of goofing around in Drupal before I settled in on a ticketing module.
I ended using and am reasonably happy with the module called Support Ticketing System.
One thing I learned is that related to ticketing you won't get much (if any) response by putting your post out in the general forum.
I don't know how you can work around the login situation but I would suggest that you redo your post and create an issue from the Support Ticketing System module page. This will insure that you get the support specific types looking at it.

Good Luck
site doesnt show up
I purchased a theme and trying to install it with no luck. Can you please help me out please????
I found out the site is not compatible with drupal 9 so I switched to drupal 8,
1. created new database with name drupal 2. Copy the theme from “theme.zip” to themes folder of drupal or install it from Appearance > Install New Theme 2. Download required modules: easy_breadcrumb, pathauto, token, instagram_block 3. Enable the above installed modules
4. Import is using Configuration Manager, Navigate to Configuration > Development > Configuration Synchronization > Full Data and import the file from demo-data folder “config-2017-01-31-05-17.tar.gz”.
I see the theme is showing in appearance but the site doesn’t show up!!! I’ve been working on this for a week now and im so frustrated. please help me out,
