Is there a way to edit the submissions? The Administer Signature option only allows us to delete the signatures, I need to edit as well.
If there is no administrative way, then which mySQL table should I find the records?

I found the solution to my question, the table is called petition_signatures and editing the entries in phpMyAdmin is actually very easy.
