Release notes

First release from the 2.x branch. The major new features are:
- The ability to use multiple retrieval services at the same time. Different services for different providers.
- Better UI.
- A logging system so you can better see which providers are broken.

NOTE: 1.x and 2.x handle engines and providers differently. There is no real upgrade path. You will need to reconfigure Contact Importer.
