contact_importer 6.x-2.0-beta2

The major new features compared to version 1.x are:
- The ability to use multiple retrieval services at the same time. Different services for different providers.
- Better UI.
- A logging system so you can better see which providers are broken.

Changes since 2.0-beta1
- Logging was not working for people that upgraded from 1.x due to a missing table creation statement.

NOTE: 1.x and 2.x handle engines and providers differently. You will need to reconfigure Contact Importer.
