Option to have file downloads in receipt/invoice page.

As I understand it, right now the File download module has two ways for users to receive their downloaded files:

1) Get the link in email (and a separate email than their receipt email)
2) Navigate to their user profile

I've seen other eCommerce sites where the file download link appears immediately upon checkout on the receipt page (you know, the page you're encouraged to print out and save for your records) Is this something that uc_file could do?

In a similar vein, if the person purchased digital downloads, could the current two emails be combined into a single email that has the download link in with the rest of the order-confirmation email.

Seems like this would be better usability for the customer, and work well for anonymous customers, too.
