A recipocal relationship should be treated as a single relationship for the purpouses of "Allow multiple relationships"

If you set up a reciprocal one way relationship, i.e. mark check-boxes next to both "This is a one-way relationship" and "This one-way relationship can be reciprocated" that relation should be allowed to be reciprocated regardless of whether multiple relationships are allowed in the module setup, i.e. check-box is marked or not in front of "Allow multiple relationships." That is not how it works now.
