as described in http://drupal.org/node/18260, we'll need to port to the new hook_link() API. until we can have stable/development branches for a given version of the core API (http://drupal.org/node/58066), i'm going to keep the HEAD version of this module for development against 4.7 core. once the 4.8/5.0 code freeze goes into place, we can port it to the new core API. i'll attach a patch here in few minutes.

here's the patch, in case someone desperately wants to test the HEAD version of project_issue against HEAD core, and so that i can just apply this when i'm finally ready to port this to the core API.
