Issue Summary
It would be cleaner to move the settings on the node type page (admin/content/node-type/donation) from where they currently display on the form (at the top of the page) to inside of the "Ubercart product settings" fieldset. The attached patch accomplishes this, and the attached screenshots demonstrate what it looks like before and after.
