The settings menu link is currently 'configure js validate', it should be 'js validate', since it's already under the configuration submenu. Also when people look under the sub menu, they look for js validate, in the 'j' section, rather than the 'c' section.

Agreed. Will add this to the next update. I need to include a README.txt in the next release as well.
