I'm working with Zen for the first time as a volunteer on a non profit site. Everything is working fine, except when I edit pages (node/edit/) Drupal is showing our default Admin theme (Garland) rather than our Zen sub-theme. Any ideas about what might be happening there?

There's a configuration page (Administration theme) at admin/settings/admin with a checkbox labelled 'Use administration theme for content editing' which controls this behaviour.
