First, thank you for the module which is very useful for me.

Recently, I realized that if I add a CCK group to original profile content type (coming with the module) and go to the editing page of this group, I obtain the warning mentioned above. Adding the same group to any new content type (even if used as profile for registration) seems to be ok. Thank you in advance for help.

Sorry, this issue is probably NOT related to the Content Profile module...

It was probably caused by the Conditional Fields module and fixed in 6.x-1.1. Sorry again.
