The opening and closing might be related to #664310: Incompatiblity with JQuery UI module. Please download the DEV version to see if this resolves your issue.

Need more information regarding the schema. Please post the actual log.

Thanks for the reply.

I setup another site, using an unmodified JQuery module (jQuery 1.2) and it works perfectly. I suspect there would be an incompatibility issue for the jQuery libray.

As for the schema log, I am sorry that it is no longer available as I totally toasted the original site.
