Added new partner_id and locale_id shortcodes
This update includes various small fixes and additions, including improved support for new shortcodes (available in the shortcode generator), fixes to shortcode parsing, and support for rendering multiple shortcode instances.
Fixed issue with security permissions. Added support for short codes.
Fixed issue with admin / user permissions (thanks Patrick Bovenschen)
Support for the new Checkfront v2 interface. Many new front-end options.
