I installed Drupal into the main directory /www of my domain. Prior to that, I had several sub-directories that I had set up domains for. I can no longer access them.

When I delete the .htaccess file the problem goes away.

Below is the .htaccess file. How do I modify it to allow my subfolders to be accessed as normal that are not part of the Drupal site? (i.e. both be able to go to http://folder.domain.com and http://www.domain.com/folder as the former normally resolves to the latter)
