Nice module. Thanks. It would be nice if menu items were not displayed for pages people could not access. We are trying to figure out how to do this now and will submit a patch if we do achieve this.

There doesn't appear to be any way to alter the menu structure from within another module.

I look forward to hearing about any possible solutions though!
