Hi! I'm new to Drupal and have been put in charge of adding new meta tags to all the pages on a website. I know they have unique title tags, but I can't find where they could be.

Any clues?

not entirely sure what you're exactly referring to (meta tags or title tags, or both), so here is all you need:

meta tags as in meta keywords and meta description etc.? Then look into a module called nodewords (http://drupal.org/project/nodewords)

if you're unhappy of how the title tag is constructed (using the page title and your site name plus slogan), you can try the Page Title module: http://drupal.org/project/page_title

everything you need to know to achieve this has already been said in this thread. If you're on Drupal 7, the nodewords module contains a link to a new module to achieve this in Drupal 7.
