First of all thank you for this great module. It helps me in my projects.

I have made a small modification so the select box by default is not showing "--select--" but instead it will show the menu title that you can set from the menu creation form so the final result will be "-- MY MENU TITLE --"

This is exactly what I needed. I would love to see this as the default behavior of the module in future upgrades. Actually, it would be nice to have at least a couple options available in the UI for setting the default selection in different ways.

I see that the last update was Jan. 26, 2009, though; I wonder if this module is still being maintained at all.

Thanks Duckzland! It is working for me as well as it comes very handy for now.

Ideally it would be great if the default option was a setting/variable by itself for each quickmenu block, so that is independent of the block title and more like its own setting ;-)
