Bad Behavior causes legit agents to fail access site, returns HTTP 412

When using Bad Behavior, sites such as stumbleupon.com and pageflakes.com cannot access the site since BB identifies them as spambots and promptly returns an HTTP 412 Precondition Failed error. I have had to disable BB in order to allow these sites access and so that people can subscribe to my RSS feed using pageflakes.com's service.

Well guess what, I just found out that bad behaviour was blocking google.com from my site for more than a month now....
Weird how it worked for nearly a year and now my site is going out of the index because of that, it created a lot of crazy google related problems...
Any action recommended besides disabling the module?
