Use Libraries API (http://drupal.org/project/libraries) to store zend client library in /sites/all/libraries rather than directly in the module directory

so do we put the librarie module in site/all/libraries?

then put the zend folder in site/all/libraries/zend ?
what exactly are we supposed to do?
