This sounds like a great idea. I installed it in a recent Open Atrium installation but don't find this to be very intuitive. Maybe you could add a readme.txt with an example to set this up or maybe even provide a screencast?

What are the points that make it unintuitive?

In admin/settings/yatt-presence I check "Display presence toggle form on the profile page", but I can't see any changes on the profile form. There's a YATT block with settings and a reminder list, but I'm not sure what that does. In admin/settings/yatt I chose the node types for customer/project/service. My service node type shows a block "Time recording for this [nodetypename]" with a list of things like "Already recorded time". It all says 0:00. I was able to set a reminder, but what is that reminder for? Okay, I was gonna say next that that within my service node type there is nothing new that looks like it has anything to do with time tracking but I just saw that it's in the comment form below the service node. Now I see how this works :) And now I see that this is stated on the project page :/ :)

Believe this should remain an ongoing issue --

A 'quick start' guide (i.e., do I need to define customers and services? where are they selectable? can I use one or the other? are there reports?) and a screenshot or two of how it looks installed would probably be enough.

Personally, I have just started using Open Atrium and YATT seems to be a nice addition.. I will try to revisit this comment in the future and see if I can add some useful information.

On that note .. I am not sure of how Customers are used, in an Open Atrium setting.

I created a Customer content-type and created an entry, set it in YATT, and it doesn't seem to change the YATT comment UI.

I then changed it to be allowed to be posted to a group, created a new one in a group, but that doesn't seem to appear.

Should I be using the group itself as the customer?
