How to? Select / mark one cck field out of multiple (for example: mark one of multiple phone numbers as MAIN NUMBER)

how can this be done? i have content profiles with multiple text fields for phone numbers (mobile, home, office...)
one of the numbers should be selectable / markable by the user as MAIN NUMBER. how can this be done?
