I have installed inf08 v1.9 on a D6 site. It appears that the drop downs work fine in IE 8 and FF and Safari, however, when I switch to compatibility mode in IE8, the drop down menus disappear when I hover over them.

For example, I have:

Parent
- Child
- Child
- Child

When I am in compatibility mode and I hover over Parent, the children items display properly. However, when I move my mouse over the fist Child, the entire drop down menu disappears.

Any ideas on what could be wrong here?
