I have read through the documentation on Facebook but could not figure out how the system for creating or logging "users" either monthly or total works. I have a website and an iPhone app that are connected to Facebook through Facebook Connect. If a user allows for the connection shouldn't it register them as a user? I have close to 60 users signed up on my drupal site but facebook is still showing 0 total users and strangely 1 monthly active user. How do I get Facebook to recognize the users that are on my drupal site and those that have connected via facebook connect?

I'm not sure. I would also expect those users to be listed on the facebook pages. My first guess is that those numbers are not kept strictly up to date. Maybe over time those stats will become correct.
