The Secure Pages module hides the "send to FCKEditor (or BUE...), etc,)" button in the file browser.

I thought it should be here also since I spent hours reloading/configuring all the editor modules only to find this:

It is remedied by adding imce* to the list of secured pages.

Just a note that adding imce* to the ignorelist seems to work better

#2 worked for me. I was having this issue with TinyMCE/IMCE though.
