Usernames with spaces in them or caps don't work when logging in. Editing the username so it is lowercase and without any spaces allows you to login again.

Eh sorry, it seems to happen only with capitalized characters in usernames, spaces do work when no capitalized letters are in the username.

I'm not sure why this is happening for you, but clearly this isn't a universal problem. I have a number of usernames with caps that cause no problems at all (and I can log in to drupal.org just fine).
