improved UI, sturdier script, custom stylesheet. bookmarklet no longer attemps to resize based on iframed page. node types appear as tabs in title bar of dialog instead of as buttons. uses loading indicator before iframe appears. iframe in dialog now scrolls (sturdy!). stylesheets compiled from SCSS (Sass).

Bookmarklet is a large centered modal dialog. After iframe is loaded and dialog height adjusted, recenter dialog. Remove clumsy scrollhandler and use fixed positioning instead. Disable draggble and resizable. Make dialog take up 80% of window width.

_bookmarklet_form_alter() doesn't need form state or form id. calculate $preserve array before calling it.
