Request to add new module: domain_member_link

The module allows users without the 'assign domain editors' permission to see a list of their assigned domains upon login. It comes with 2 new permissions: 'view all assigned domains' (users can see assigned domains in other users' profile) or 'view own assigned domains'

I originally brought this up in issue #578668: Show user a list of their domains upon login and created a small module which now lies in our github repo. In that issue, it was suggested the module might find a good home here. What do you think?
