With a budget of $100 this post seems to be either aimed at promoted your facebook page or an April Fools joke.

Not a fool joke lots of people develop opensource projects without any compensation and we said we will be a good reference and we might use the person for updates or more work
so If you want to do it for the money then yes 100$ is very low we dont want it exactly to have all the features of TED
we want the design and the other things I m sure it can be tweaked using all these modules available at any time for experienced Drupal designer I m sorry that you think this April fool joke while we are serious about the cause

We dont want companies we want Drupal experts who get compensated by seeing their product used by lots of people and benefit from it
