Description
Here is a French translation for og.
Since the main and 4.7 branches appear to be identical at this time, this file could be committed to the main branch as well to replace the currently outdated fr.po file of that branch.

I attach here a patch with minor changes. Please review it (and see my next comment about fr-FR / fr-CA issue).

There are some strings in this translation which are specific to French of North America (for instance email => courriel). In order to keep french translation consistent, i suggest we maintain two translations (fr-CA and fr-FR), if everybody is ok.
The patch above can be used to create an fr-CA.po file.
This one can then be used to create the fr-FR version.
