For some reason, module still add file to be tanscoded (when auto transcoding option turned on) even if "Bypass auto conversion" checkbox is checked. Patch attached fix this.

Did this get deployed in 3.x - I am using 3.9 and it has the same problem. I don't need to transcode, don't want to depend on cron, and can't use the beta right now.

Edit: I applied the patch in #1 to 3.9, and it seems to work fine, just for the record.
