Right now, the openx_manager module allows only content authors or users with 'administer nodes' permission to edit existing banner nodes. Could you add discrete permissions for 'edit any openx banner', and by extension 'delete any openx banner?'

This would make the banner permission set consistent with the convention used by the core node module.
