Hi
I have just upgraded to 1.7 and there seems to be a css issue. The standard messages at the top of most screens are tiled with little question marks, as in the attached image.
I think it is becuase it is picking up this
div.help {
background-image:url("icons/i24/misc/help.png") !important;
}from icons.css
I am not sure how to stop it from doing this.

I tried all the cache clearing methods, hard reset in browser, flush all caches in drupal, disable cache in web developer toolbar for firefox etc. and couldnt get rid of it. it then stopped happeining after i went to the admin > themes > configure > rootcandy and made any small change and saved that change
