I had the system admin install players for audio module to work correctly. It is not recognizing the player. also it does not give a player option. he says it only recognized one player which I don't like. How can this be install, and selected correctly?

The audio module and audiofield module are two completely different entities. Which one are you using?

If you are using the audio module, you need to follow the installation directions very carefully, and pay specific attention to what folders go where in the audio module directory. It will work.

I am using the audiofield module to display audio with in a news story. The players will not recognize the player. I System Admin has put then in the correct folder but not sure why it is not working. Help.
