The exact place that causes the memory allocation error changes, as one would expect, when a different number of modules have already been enabled. Eg:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 25165824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 58368 bytes) in /var/www/cheridinovo.ca/public/modules/graphstat/graphstat.module on line 246
