Hello Everyone,

I am new to drupal. I am doing real estate site just like

http://www.magicbricks.com/
http://www.rebi.in
http://www.99acres.com/.

I struck up in template customization and choosing a template in drupal.can u please help me in this particular task.

i need a fever how can we customize any template easily.if possible give me some links so that i can easily understand(for ajax related functionality).

and also let me some of the module for completing the site with the above sites(http://www.rebi.in,etc) functionality.

there is good documentation available on customising your theme, right here on Drupal.org

"for ajax related functionality", "module for completing the site" - you're far to vague to provide you with help - and no I'm not going to have a look at the sites in order to determine your needs, that's your job - if you have determined your needs, come back and let us know them and we can give you module suggestions.

And I honestly believe you should either spend more time and effort learning Drupal or hire somebody to do the job for you.

Yup, there are too many of these 'I'm building a site but don't have a clue and can't be bothered reading the documentation or learning anything. Can you act as unpaid consultants and do all the design work for me?' posts...

There are a few libraries and widgets which allow you to add properties and search after Registration and login. Maybe you can add one of such Widgets along with a few lines of php.
