First-off: good work, and thankyou.

Here are my problems:
I'd like to change all references to "INBOX" to "Inbox". When I change the folder order under 'Presentation' in the Webmail Plus config page to show "Inbox" my prefered order is ignored and it is displayed as "INBOX".
In the Mail API server config page I have the folder and all the prefixes set to "Inbox" and everything works. When I use the url "webmail_plus/view_folder/Inbox" I can see and read my messages.

Is it that some IMAP servers only respond to "INBOX"? if so where can I replace the string in the module code to change the folder name in the Folders block, folder controls and URL?
It would be nice if this were a switch in the config page.

Oh, and my folder controls block doesn't work at all.

Also, when I have threaded messages enabled none of the folder controls are displayed, but I'm guessing you're well aware of this problem.
