I'd like to be able to masquerade as users in different roles. Currently, you have to go to masquerade settings and change the user manually in order to try out different roles. I'd like to be able to enter a list of users, and have them all show up as links in the menu. Better yet, show only one link (switch to...), which pops up a list of the users to choose from.

Sounds like the perfect opportunity for you to write a patch.

If you don't want to do that, you should be able to find a button on each user's profile that allows you to switch to that user quickly.
