The child pages for the Smarty theme engine page are in the wrong order. The Installing Smarty theme engine page should be moved to be first. The other two can remain in their current order.

More pages have been added since this issue was posted.

1. Please make 'templates_c' Directory Permissions a child of Installing Smarty theme engine
2. Please decrease the sort priority of Installing Smarty theme engine so it appears first.
