Hello,
Whenever a product is ordered at the same time as one with a recurring fee attribute, all products ordered at that time are billed on that time schedule, even when the other products do not have the recurring fee attribute.
This is horrible because we've been doing an insane amount of refunds!
Has anyone else experienced this problem? How can I pinpoint where it's coming from?
Thanks,
Tiuya

univate commentedNope not having this problem on my sites.
You haven't mentioned any details about your setup (e.g. payment gateway), or how anyone can replicate your setup?

Tiuya commentedThanks for responding! Sorry about not providing enough information. Please let me know what else would help:
Recurring fee settings:
- We're using Credit card (authorizenet) as the payment gateway.
- The 'Attempt to process recurring fees during checkout' box is checked.
Feature settings:
- The 'Set the recurring fee amount to the same as selling price of the product at the time of purchase.' is checked
- Both initial charge and regular interval are set at 28 days
- Unlimited rebillings
- 2 billing periods
We're also using related products, with the reciprocal behavior set to one to many.
I haven't hacked any Ubercart files or anything like that, so I don't know what's going on.
Thaks again!

univate commentedI have been running a site with a product kit that includes a recurring and non-recurring item, only the recurring product has been renewing successfully - since no-one else has reported anything similar I don't believe there is an issue here. The only way this might be happening is if you are using the recurring order module which is designed to force the entire order to renew.
