Missing patch for Drupal 6.16

Huh? It's included as the D6-core-simpletest.patch file included with the module.

I am new to using patches, so maybe I am misunderstanding, but I just checked both the "Recommended release" and the "Development release". In both cases, the line numbers in the file that you refer to do not line up with the correct line numbers in D6.16.

The file I uploaded should be used to replace D6-core-simpletest.patch. Should I have made a patch of the patch file instead?

Unless there's actually a conflict, the patch command is good at catching if there's offsets in line numbers and still applying it.

Well then, pay no attention to my file. Especially since Tortoise CVS used the wrong line endings :(

Yeah I've heard lots of problems with Tortoise CVS and patches. :/

Here is a new version of the D6-core-simpletest patch file AND a meta-patch to the D6-core-simpletest patch file. Please choose your poison.

The patch and the meta-patch: take 2.

It is expected that the patch won't apply as it is the final version of the file patch available on the module.

The meta patch on the other hand should apply cleanly now.

I've just applied the current 6.x-2.x-dev patch on Drupal 6.17 and all changes succeed with some offset.

I believe this issue can be marked as fixed. I've not done it myself to let someone with more knowledge on the subject make the final decision.
