Enable logout sync from Drupal and KnowledgeTree

Hi

I finally got it working, including syncing all the usernames and groups (stil no luck on safari though).

I now have a problem with logging out.

When I logout in kt, i get logged out of kt and drupal, but when I logout using drupal, I'm still logged in to kt ....
